Really tasty - I used sliced cherries instead of walnuts and almond extract instead of vanilla essence.

I left out the egg and added a bit of milk instead. I added smashed up snowbites instead of chocolate chips that were leftover from Christmas;)

These are delicious. I used 100g white chocolate, 50g of Macadamia nuts, and 6oz brown sugar, no white. Nicer than Subway!

Lovely recipe. My DD made these at the weekend and they were absolutely delicious. Easy enough for her to make alone whilst I was cooking something else :)

Made these at the weekend. All store cupboard ingredients, so easy to knock together. Ran out of choc chips but they made lovely choc-less cookies!
