I made these for the first time tonight-without nuts or chocolate as I don't eat nuts and we didn't have any cooking chocolate in the house. However, they were really easy to make and best of all they tasted great! I certainly hope to make them again!

A great one for a rainy day - easy and tasted as good as Millet ones.

Really tasty - I used sliced cherries instead of walnuts and almond extract instead of vanilla essence.

I left out the egg and added a bit of milk instead. I added smashed up snowbites instead of chocolate chips that were leftover from Christmas;)

These are delicious. I used 100g white chocolate, 50g of Macadamia nuts, and 6oz brown sugar, no white. Nicer than Subway!

Lovely recipe. My DD made these at the weekend and they were absolutely delicious. Easy enough for her to make alone whilst I was cooking something else :)

Yum! Only complaint is that they got eaten too quickly!

Just made a second batch... the first one only lasted a day. Made this one with crushed smarties as I was out of choc chips. Delicious

I made these on wednesday, but with just caster sugar as I only had that. DSs scoffed the lot in 1/2 hour.

Made these at the weekend. All store cupboard ingredients, so easy to knock together. Ran out of choc chips but they made lovely choc-less cookies!
