Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp toasted almond

  • 125g blackberry

  • 1 tbsp clear honey

  • 300ml thick yogurt

  • 150ml whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp orange liqueur

  • 125g blueberries

Method

  1. Heat the blackberries and blueberries in a pan gently until the juice begins to run out.
  2. Lightly whisk the cream with honey until the mixture is softly peaking and stir in the orange liqueur. Fold the yogurt into the cream.
  3. Divide the berries and juice into 4 dessert glasses. Top with yogurt mixture. sprinkle with flaked almonds. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Handy Hint

Different fruits like strawberries or raspberries can be used. Orange liqueur can be omitted. nuts can be used instead of almonds.
