Ingredients

  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 green pepper, cubed

  • 2 chilli, diced

  • 1/2 red pepper, cubed

  • 1 tin tomatoes

  • 200g kidney beans

Method

  1. Puree tomatoes using a blender.
  2. Fry onion, chilli and peppers.
  3. Add kidney beans and tomato juice, bring to boil, simmer for 5 - 10 mins.
