Easy slow cooker rice pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon, or 1 stick of cinnamon

  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • 128g rice

  • 750ml water

Method

  1. Bung it all in, give it a really good stir and cook on high for 3 hours.
  2. Check it and take it off the heat as soon as the consistency is right otherwise it will dry out.

Handy Hint

You can use evaporated milk instead of condensed milk if you like, just add 4 tablespoons of sugar.

Giving it a couple of stirs while cooking will help the rice break down and go more mushy (yum) but will increase your cooking time.
