1 bag pine nuts
1 bulb garlic
1 soft goat's cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
- Cut the top of the garlic bulb off and drizzle with some of the olive oil. Wrap in foil, place in pre-heated oven at 175C and roast for about 1-1.5 hours depending on size.
- Roast the pine nuts in the rest of the oil and salt until nicely coloured.
- Cut the bread into slices and warm up in the oven.
- On each slice, squeeze out one clove of garlic, add a little bit of the goat's cheese and top with the pine nuts.
Pine nuts burn really easy so please watch them!
