600 ml double cream
600 g best quality white chocolate
1 kg mixed frozen berries
- Break chocolate into pieces. Try not to eat any.
- Put in a glass basin over a pan of barely simmering water and melt very slowly with cream for 10-15 minutes. It will melt, then thicken.
- Put the berries on a large serving plate 5 minutes before you serve.
- Pour over hot chocolate sauce and take straight to the table.
Go to PYO in the summer and freeze berries or buy mixed bags from supermarket in freezer section.
