  • 1/2 pints milk

  • 1 tbsp runny honey

  • 1 lemon juice only

  • 50g ground hazelnuts

  • 9 tbsp rolled oats

  • 25g sunflower seeds

  • 1 apples grated


<ol> <li>Mix all ingredients together and leave in the fridge to soak.</li> <li>Serve with yoghurt.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>Make the night before and change the recipe to your liking eg try ground almonds, add dried fruit or fresh blueberries.</p>
