  • 1/2 pints milk

  • 1 tbsp runny honey

  • 1 lemon, juice only

  • 50g ground hazelnuts

  • 9 tbsp rolled oats

  • 25g sunflower seeds

  • 1 apples, grated


  1. Mix all ingredients together and leave in the fridge to soak.
  2. Serve with yoghurt.

Handy Hint

Make the night before and change the recipe to your liking eg try ground almonds, add dried fruit or fresh blueberries.
