100g cheese grated
1 tin baked beans
1 bag corn chips
- Arrange corn chips in single layer on plates/ bowls.
- Spread baked beans on top.
- Grate cheese over it all and microwave for approx 2 minutes.
- Leave to cool for 2-3 minutes before eating.
Reduced/ no salt (or sugar) baked beans and corn chips are obviously a bit healthier!
If giving to (impatient) children, heat only the baked beans (separately first) before assembling and serving.
