4 tbsp tomato puree
8 mini pitta bread
4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 handful pepperoni, or any other extra toppings
100g mild cheddar cheese, grated
- Warm the pitta bread on both sides under hot grill for a couple of minutes.
- Spread evenly with tomato purée/ketchup.
- Top with slices of tomato.
- Sprinkle with grated cheddar.
- Add any optional extras.
- Grill until cheese has melted.
