  • 1 cooking apple

  • 1 banana

  • 1 pizza base

  • 3 tbsp icing sugar


<ol> <li>Pre heat oven to 200 degrees F</li> <li>Peel, core and cut apples into slices.</li> <li>Cook apples in microwave until soft</li> <li>Roll out pizza dough</li> <li>Cover dough with stewed apples</li> <li>Slice bananas and place on top of apples</li> <li>Sprinkle with quite a lot of icing sugar</li> <li>Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes, or until bananas go soft.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>If I've made pizza one day, I use up any left over dough with this recipe the next day.</p>
