4 banana, ripe
1 handful white chocolate chips, to decorate
120g butterscotch angel delight
200g amaretto biscuits, crushed
- Roughly crush the Amaretti biscuits and place in bottom of trifle bowl.
- Slice the bananas and place on top of biscuits.
- Make up the Angel Delight according to packet instructions then pour on top of bananas immediately.
- Place in fridge for five minutes to set.
- Sprinkle chocolate drops on top once the Angel Delight is set. Serve to appreciative guests!
Leave chocolate drops until the Angel Delight is set otherwise they sink!
For a more adult dessert try drizzling Amaretto liquer or Baileys over the crushed amaretti biscuits.
