1 salmon fillet, (skin on)
30g sesame seeds
- Dip the salmon in sesame seeds on the non skin side.
- Place the salmon skin side down in a dry frying pan, non stick is better. If not non stick put a little oil on salmon skin.
- Dry fry for about 5 minutes or as you like it, then flip over for 1 minute to lightly brown the seeds.
- Gently remove the hard skin before serving.
