4 slices whole wheat bread
2 boiled potatoes, mashed
1 tsp sesame seeds
- Mix mashed potatoes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle seasoning if using.
- Spread generously over each of the bread slices. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Grill for a few minutes until crisp and golden.
- Cut each slice into 3 long fingers. Serve warm with salsa or ketchup.
