4 chicken breast, chopped into chunks
600ml creme fraiche
1 jar mango chutney
- Put the chopped chicken breasts (raw) into a casserole dish, pour in the chutney and creme fraiche and stir until well mixed. Put in the oven at 180 and cook for 40 mins.
- Serve with rice or roast potatoes and corn on the cob.
