Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ginger grated

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 camomile tea bag

  • 1 splash whiskey

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (to taste)

Method

  1. Steep a camomile teabag and some grated ginger (in a teastrainer) in boiling water for a few minutes, then remove.
  2. Add a spoon of honey, a generous dash of whiskey, and lemon juice to taste.
