Pancetta and mushroom creamy pasta

  • 1 splash olive oil

  • 3 handfuls pasta

  • 1 tbsp pesto

  • 1 handful pancetta

  • 100g mushrooms, sliced

  • 230ml creme fraiche


  1. Put the pasta on to cook.
  2. Gently fry the pancetta cubes and mushrooms in the olive oil until almost cooked through.
  3. Stir in the pesto and crème fraiche and heat through.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the pasta to the sauce then stir through and serve.
