White chocolate ice lollies

  • 3 egg yolk

  • 50g caster sugar

  • 210ml double cream

  • 75g white chocolate

  • 1 tbsp single cream


<ol> <li>Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water, add the single cream when you take it off the heat.</li> <li>Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and creamy, best done with an electric whisk to get them really thick and creamy.</li> <li>Fold in the white chocolate followed by the double cream.</li> <li>Pour/spoon mixture into the ice lolly moulds&hellip; or wee individual freezer proof dishes and freeze.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>you can add anything you fancy to basic mix&hellip; or try different chocolate, G&amp;B butterscotch is scrummy.</p>
