Ingredients

  • 1 bag salad (to serve)

  • 1 jar tikka masala curry paste

  • 1 bag Quorn pieces

  • 170g basmati rice

Method

  1. Put Quorn pieces in a bowl and put two tablespoons of tikka paste in.
  2. Add two tablespoons of oil and stir.
  3. If you have time marinate, but if not just pop the pieces on to skewers and then put the kebabs on foil in a hot oven (grill or bake as preferred).
