  • 5 cloves garlic, grated or crushed

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 500g natural yoghurt

  • 2 tsp mild chilli powder


  1. Mix all the ingredients together, cover and put in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. You can adjust the amounts of chilli/lemon/garlic to taste.

Handy Hint

If pregnant, make sure the mayo has pasteurised egg.
