Ingredients

  • 28g butter

  • 55g marshmallows, (works out about 8 or 9 large ones)

  • 70g Rice Krispies

Method

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows in a pan over a low heat. Remove from heat and stir in rice krispies.
  2. Press into a lightly greased 7” square tin and leave to set.
  3. Once cold cut into triangles.
