28 g butter
55 g marshmallows, (works out about 8 or 9 large ones)
70 g Rice Krispies
- Melt butter and marshmallows in a pan over a low heat. Remove from heat and stir in rice krispies.
- Press into a lightly greased 7” square tin and leave to set.
- Once cold cut into triangles.
Best kept in the fridge.
