Ingredients

  • 75g brown sugar

  • 284ml double cream

  • 300g Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Mix together cream and yoghurt and beat until fairly (but not too stiffly) thick.
  2. Pour into the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle over the sugar, cover with clingfilm and leave somewhere cool for approx 12 hours, or better still 24 hours.

Handy Hint

Serve with baked spicy aromatic plums.
