Ingredients

  • 120g apricots

  • 100g butter

  • 150g milk chocolate

  • 100g ginger biscuits

  • 100g digestive biscuits

  • 50g raisins

Method

  1. Firstly grease a shallow tray.
  2. Break up all the biscuits, place in a carrier bag and crush with a rolling pin until they are crumbs.
  3. Next melt the chocolate, syrup and butter in a bowl over a saucepan.
  4. When melted pour in the biscuit crumbs, add the fruit, raisins, and finally the rice krispies.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the tray and put in the fridge to set.
