Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2 large egg (per person)

  • 1 potato cooked and cubed

  • 1 pepper chopped

  • 1 handful cheese grated

  • 1 handful vegetable (whatever you have)

  • 1 clove garlic

Method

  1. Fry up chopped onion and garlic.
  2. Add cubed potato and fry for about five minutes.
  3. Add chopped pepper and any other vegetables.
  4. Beat eggs (two per person) and add to the mix.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Stick under the grill to cook on top.
