Ingredients

  • 65g self-raising flour

  • 100ml milk

  • 1 medium egg

  • 15g golden caster sugar

  • 15g sunflower oil

Method

  1. Mix in the flour and add the sugar. 2. Add the egg and milk and stir the mixture together.
  2. Pour the oil into a small frying pan and then pour some of the mixture on to the frying pan.
  3. When a pancake has sizzled on one side for a minute flip it over with a spatula. Serve on a
    plate with your chosen topping or just plain. Then you can eat your tasty pancakes.
