  • 2 handfuls spaghetti cooked (left over)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 handful frozen peas

  • 1 handful vegetables cooked and finely chopped


<ol> <li>Store the leftover spaghetti in the plastic bag. Chuck in veg.</li> <li>Obtain one clumsy child. Crack eggs straight in the bag and seal top with clip. Let child squidge bag while you warm oil in pan.</li> <li>Then plop content of bag into pan. Leave for 5 minutes or so on one side, then use dinner plate to flip onto do other side, so you end up with a frittata.</li> </ol>
