Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tomato puree

  • 500lb lean beef mince

  • 2 tsp dried thyme

  • 2 tsp hot chilli powder optional

  • 2 tsp dried oregano

  • 2 beef OXO cube

  • 1 handful frozen chopped onions

  • 2 handfuls frozen sliced peppers

  • 1 jar sliced red jalepenos vinegar and all

Method

Sling everything in your slow cooker along with half a jar of water and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours. I made this when I couldn't leave the house for my normal chilli ingredients and have been making it like this since - it is amazing!
