2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 large flat mushrooms
2 tsp garlic bread crumbs
- Remove the stalks and chop up.
- Mix stalks with all the stuffing ingredients and stuff them in the mushrooms.
- Bake for 15-20 min in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Serve piping hot.
