Ingredients

  • 1 375g tin of condensed milk

  • 375ml double cream

  • 150g crystallised ginger, chopped up

  • 150g white chocolate

Method

  1. Whip; up the condensed milk with the same amount of double cream, adding whatever flavouring you like. I did melted white chocolate and crystalised ginger but the list is endless.
  2. Freeze.
