• 1 handful cheese grated

 • 6 slices bacon

 • 1 tin 8 hot dogs

 • 4 potatoes large

 • 1-2 tins baked beans

 • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Chop the bacon and hot dogs into chunks then pop in an oven dish with the baked beans and worcestershire sauce and give it all a good mix.

Cook and mash the potatoes then pop on top the bean mix.

Top the potatoes with the grated cheese and put in the oven for about an hour on a lower heat (about 150C for a fan) or half an hour on a higher heat.

Alternatively, you can put all of this in the slow cooker for about 6 hours on low then remove the lid for the last half an hour to allow the potatoes to crispen up (you might find it better to add the cheese as a garnish if cooking in the slow cooker).

Handy Hint

You can easily make this the night before and store in the fridge ready to cook the next day.
