  • 250g digestive biscuits crushed

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 4 lemons zest and juice

  • 100g butter melted

  • 100g greek yogurt

  • 100g whipped cream


<ol> <li>Put crushed biscuits into the base of a cake tin, pour over butter and leave in fridge to set for 10 minutes.</li> <li>Mix condensed milk with whipped double cream and some Greek yoghurt, zest and juice of up to 4 lemons depending on how lemony you like it.</li> <li>Pour onto crushed ginger biscuit base and leave in fridge to set for minimum of two hours.</li> </ol> <p>Tastes like the most amazing indulgent lemony creamy dessert ever!</p>
