  • 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

  • 500g muesli

  • 1 tin condensed milk (low fat if possible)


<ol> <li>Preheat oven to 140C</li> <li>Line a small deep baking tin with parchment (my tin is approximately 10&rdquo; x 8&rdquo;)</li> <li>Put the muesli in a bowl and make a well in the center</li> <li>Add the tin of condensed milk and peanut butter</li> <li>Slightly combine them both before mixing fully into the muesli to ensure a good distribution of peanut butter</li> <li>Transfer to baking tray and using a metal spoon pack and flatten down the mixture into the tin so the top is smoothed over.</li> <li>Put in the oven for 1 hour until just golden on top.</li> <li>Cool down on wire rack and use a serrated knife to cut into 16 bars.</li> </ol>
