Ingredients

  • 115g pumpkin or butternut squash, peeled and cubed

  • 100g watermelon

  • 1 block feta

  • 1 handful pinenuts

Method

  1. Bake, roast, steam, boil or microwave the peeled and cubed squash until soft
  2. Add to cubed feta and melon
  3. Add toasted pine nuts and drizzle with the oil
  4. Serve!
