150 g sugar
1 pinches cinnamon
250 g almonds, grated (or some grated and some chopped)
3 egg whites
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the other ingredients together and add them, a spoonful at a time, to the egg whites.
- Arrange by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheet.
- You can also but the dough onto wafers (like the ones used in church). Bake for about 25 minutes.
