Ingredients

  • 150g sugar

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

  • 250g almonds, grated (or some grated and some chopped)

  • 3 egg whites

Method

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix the other ingredients together and add them, a spoonful at a time, to the egg whites.
  3. Arrange by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheet.
  4. You can also but the dough onto wafers (like the ones used in church). Bake for about 25 minutes.
