1 cooking apple per person
1 jar mincemeat
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Wash and core the cooking apples.
- Fill the middle with mincemeat.
- Place on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes.
- Place in individual serving bowls and enjoy! This can be served with creme fraiche or custard.
Add other dried fruits for variation. Go tropical with papaya and mango!
