2 tbsp milk, (for the dark dough)
80 g sugar
1 tbsp sugar, (for the dark dough)
2 tbsp cocoa powder, (for the dark dough)
250 g plain flour
125 g butter
- Mix all the ingredients together until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Leave one, and to the other add the cocoa and milk to make the 'dark dough'.
- Roll out the dough or make rolls (or both),or marble the dough together. Take a roll and cut it into slices.
- Put the slices on a cookie sheet and bake for about 12 minutes.
