  • 1 onion

  • 1 stock cube

  • 1 pint water boilling

  • 2 handfuls meat of your choice

  • 1 handful beans of your choice


<ol> <li>Place all ingredients except water and stock cube into a casserole dish.</li> <li>Mix water with stock cube and add to dish, stirring well.</li> <li>Cook in a hot oven for 1 hour at 180C or equivalent.</li> </ol>

<p>A great way to use leftovers, and brilliant with jacket potatoes</p>
