1 stock cube
1 pint water, boilling
2 handfuls meat, of your choice
1 handful beans, of your choice
- Place all ingredients except water and stock cube into a casserole dish.
- Mix water with stock cube and add to dish, stirring well.
- Cook in a hot oven for 1 hour at 180C or equivalent.
A great way to use leftovers, and brilliant with jacket potatoes
