  • 1 tbsp runny honey

  • 1 handful frozen blueberries

  • 1 bowl porridge oats


<ol> <li>Make up a bowl of porridge in the microwave with milk, make sure you use quite a bit to get a fairly runny consistency as it will thicken. <br />Heat for 1 minute for a small bowl or 2+ minutes for an adult bowl.</li> <li>Add a handful of frozen blueberries, they will defrost instantly.</li> <li>Add your honey to taste.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>Frozen blueberries are so handy! This is so obviously simple but a delicious and warm breakfast.</p>
