1 tbsp cinnamon
3 egg whites
250g hazelnuts, grated, or grated and chopped
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the other ingredients together and add them, a spoonful at a time, to the egg whites.
- Arrange by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheet. You can also press the dough into thinner wafers, if you prefer.
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
