2-3 boiled potatoes
4 vegetarian sausages
2 handfuls vegetables, cooked
- Roughly mash all the veg with potatoes in a heavy based pan with a little olive oil and heat on medium.
- Grill to finish then serve with vegetarian sausages and a fried egg on top.
Don't mash too much as it's nice to keep the texture of the potatoes and veg.
