2 tbsp plain yoghurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp mango chutney
3 handfuls boiled potatoes, chopped into bite-sized cunks
- Allow the potatoes to cool completely with a clean tea towel over the top.
- Mix mayo, yoghurt and mango chutney until delicious then stir into the potatoes to coat.
Omit the potato for a quick dip people will rave about for years.
