Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast

  • 2 chicken stock cube

  • 1 handful pearl barley

  • 1 handful red lentils

  • 2 handfuls root vegetables, chopped

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker, cover with stock cubes and water and cook for 4-6 hours.
