2 tomatoes, chopped, optional
1 handfuls coriander, chopped, optional
1 bowls bolognese sauce, or whatever you've got leftover
500 g bread mix, one packet - made up to dough in bread machine
- Roll lumps of dough thinly.
- Place on floured, oiled baking sheet or foil.
- Thinly spread bolognese sauce on top. Bake in a hot, hot, hot oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve as is, or with tomatoes and coriander sprinkled on top.
Also good cold on picnic.
