1 onion, chopped
250g cream cheese
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 leek, chopped
1 packet of roll out puff pastry
- Roll out your pastry, place on a tray ready for the oven.
- In a pan, sauté all the bacon and veg in a little butter.
- Add the cream cheese and add all these ingredients to the top of your pastry.
- Bake in the oven for a yummy quick tea/snack. Serve with salad.
If you haven't got a rolling pin, just use a tall glass instead!
