Ingredients

  • 1 drop vanilla essence (optional)

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 yoghurt pots caster sugar

  • 3 yoghurt pots self-raising flour sieved

  • 1 yoghurt pot of oil

  • 100g yoghurt pot (use the pot to measure out other ingredients)

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C, or less if using a fan oven.

Handy Hint

Delicious with the addition of lemon juice to the mix and then a lemon drizzle style syrup poured over the top. You can also add chocolate chips to the mix.

    Anyone else had the problem of this not cooking through? Done on top, extremely wobbly in the minute even after 40 minutes...

    I thought the same but I'm guessing the fact that they want you to use a 100g pot of yogurt is the clue :-)

    looks lovely, but yoghurt pots really do vary in size...a little more specific perhaps???
