  • 100g sugar

  • 160g flour

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 60g cornflakes

  • 200g butter, softened


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift flour and cocoa powder. Stir into creamed mixture and fold in the cornflakes.
  4. Spoon mounds of mixture onto a greased baking tray.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. When cold, ice with chocolate icing and either half a walnut or a sprinkling of dessicated coconut.
