4 tbsp cocoa powder
200g butter, softened
- Pre-heat oven to 180C.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Sift flour and cocoa powder. Stir into creamed mixture and fold in the cornflakes.
- Spoon mounds of mixture onto a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- When cold, ice with chocolate icing and either half a walnut or a sprinkling of dessicated coconut.
