Ingredients

  • 50g icing sugar

  • 300g strawberries

  • 4 shortbread biscuits

  • 4 mini flakes

  • 2l vanilla ice cream

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Puree 250g strawberries with icing sugar and lemon juice. Sieve if you have time (or fussy kids).
  2. Crush biscuits with a rolling pin.
  3. Layer puree, ice cream, biscuits and a few strawberries on the top. Stick in the flake and serve.
