460 ml milk
1 handfuls cheese, grated
70 g plain flour
1 tbsp softened butter or margarine
2 handfuls fillings of your choice, eg ham, tomato, salmon, onion
1 tbsp butter , softened (or margarine)
- Mix all the ingredients except the cheese and fillings.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered oven proof dish.
- Mix in the fillings of your choice and top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 180C/Gas Mark 5 for 35-40 minutes until set.
This quiche is super easy and forms it's own crust as it bakes - always popular in our house and great for using up as leftovers.
