Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tin chopped tomato

  • 1 pinch chilli, or herbs of your choice

  • 1 handful cheese, grated

  • 8 sausages, or hotdogs, cooked, sliced

  • 1 carrot, or parsnip

  • 1 bag couscous, to serve, optional

  • 1 tin baked beans

Method

  1. Fry chopped onion in a little oil until softening, then add a tin of chopped tomatoes and beans with your sausages and the chilli powder.
  2. Put it into an oven-proof dish and scatter over your grated vegetables and a handful of grated cheese.
  3. Put under the grill and and serve when golden and melted as it comes, or with couscous.

Handy Hint

You can leave out the sausage to make it vegetarian-friendly.
