1 tbsp tomato puree
1 handful cheese grated
1 pinch seasoning (to taste)
1 tortilla wraps
1 tin tomatoes
- Whizz up your tomatoes with the tomato pureé and herbs and spread over the tortilla. You can reserve the leftover sauce in portions to use next time, or use in tomato pasta sauce or bolognese.
- Add toppings to the tortilla (try sweetcorn, shredded ham, cold chicken, sausage, etc) and scatter over some cheese.
- Put in the oven at 180C until cooked through. Cut into pizza shapes and serve with cucumber and carrot sticks.
You can make these straight from frozen tortillas.
