  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 1 large onion

  • 1 tin chopped tomato

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 4 handfuls rice (enough for however many you are feeding)

  • 1 tin chickpeas

  • 8 sausages chopped

  • 1 tin chilli beans

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


<ol> <li>Cook the sausages, either grill or fry, I fry them with the onion as it saves time.</li> <li>Start to cook either the rice or the pasta.</li> <li>When the sausages and onion are cooked, add everything else and as much or as little water as you like.</li> <li>Bring it to the boil, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.</li> <li>Serve with rice/pasta, and scoff!</li> </ol>
